Pig Caretaker at Warpnäs Gård AB

We are looking for a temporary worker for our pig production.

Who are we?

We operate an integrated pig production on two farms located 20 kilometers west of Karlstad with 46 satellite sows that give birth every other week and have about 4000 slaughter pig places. This means we have sows, piglets, and slaughter pigs on the farm.

We are a team of 5 people who take care of the pigs and hope you want to become a part of our team.

The work mainly includes:

Daily care of the animals, barn cleaning, medication management, and some data handling for production monitoring, keeping our facilities clean and tidy, etc.

Who are you?

You do not need to have worked with pigs before; it is sufficient that you are interested in animals and have the willingness to learn. You should enjoy working physically. We also see that you are responsible and positive.

You need to be able to work both in a group and individually.

Requirements-

Driver's license B to be able to get to the workplace as there are no bus connections.

Good knowledge of Swedish.

Weekend work is included in the position.

The position is a temporary position at 100%.

The position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary and start date by agreement.
